Newcastle gang show

Putting on Newcastle Gang Show takes far more than just a cast of 100 talented people. It takes people to design, make and buy costumes and people to help with dressing the cast and putting on make-up. It takes a dedicated team to design and make sets and props and make sure the theatre is ready for the audience both in front of and backstage. A Show with roughly twenty different numbers needs a huge amount of back-cloths, sets and scenery. It takes a talented team of musicians to provide accompaniment for this three-hour extravaganza (not counting the hours and hours of rehearsals). It takes the patience and support of parents, friends, family members, leaders and teachers. And it takes the interest from supporters like YOU. Even this list is not exhaustive and we thank all those who help in ANY other way - the Show would not be possible without their contribution.

 

Each year, the Newcastle Gang Show costs around £17000 to put on and would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors. We extend our thanks to each and every one.
